Warranty Policy

SATRIA provides a 30-day limited warranty for all SATRIA brand products. This warranty specifically covers manufacturer defects and product failures that result from defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product is used under normal and proper conditions. To be eligible for warranty protection, customers must use SATRIA products exclusively for their intended purposes and only with equipment that SATRIA has designated as compatible.
1. Warranty Claims & Refunds
If a warranty claim is approved, SATRIA will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product. Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
2. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, use with non-compatible products, or exposure to water or other liquids. SATRIA disclaims responsibility for any damages caused by failure to use the product as intended, use with equipment not specified as compatible, or harm arising from water or liquid exposure.
3. Trading Card Damage Liability
SATRIA does not accept responsibility for any damage to trading cards and/or slabs that may occur through the use of its products. The use of SATRIA products is entirely at the user's own risk, and SATRIA will not provide compensation for any damages to trading cards and/or slabs under any circumstances.
