1. Shipping Coverage
SATRIA facilitates delivery of orders throughout the United States via leading carriers such as FedEx or USPS.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within two (2) business days prior to dispatch. Purchases placed on weekends or public holidays will enter processing on the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping Fees
SATRIA reserves the right to adjust shipping fees in accordance with changes in carrier costs or market conditions, without prior notification.
4. Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as carrier operations, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond SATRIA's control. Upon transfer to the carrier, customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the supplied tracking information. Expedited shipping services may be available; however, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the package. SATRIA does not assume liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring post-shipment. Any claims for loss or damage should be submitted directly to the selected carrier, referencing the provided tracking number.
6. Address Accuracy and Order Cancellation
- Shipments returned due to inaccurate or incomplete address details will incur $10.00 re-shipping fee, in addition to the original shipping charge.
- Refused or undeliverable packages will be treated as returns and may be subject to $10.00 restocking fee.
- Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact SATRIA promptly at cs@satria-us.com
7. Partial Fulfillment and Backorders
To minimize delays, SATRIA may ship available items separately. Remaining items will be sent once inventory is replenished.
8. Unforeseeable Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen disruptions—including but not limited to natural disasters, labor actions, supply chain interruptions, or government-imposed restrictions—SATRIA reserves the right to postpone, adjust, or cancel shipments. SATRIA cannot be held liable for delays or undelivered packages resulting from such circumstances.
