1.    Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from www.satria-us.com with a valid order number.
  • Items acquired through resellers, retail partners, third-party websites, or events are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds via SATRIA.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 

2.    Condition Requirements for Returned Items

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and remain in original packaging, including all inserts and protective coverings.
  • Returned merchandise must be in pristine, sellable condition, free from any alterations, damage, or signs of previous use.
  • Items exhibiting wear, tampering, residue, or modification will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

SATRIA reserves the right to inspect returned products and may refuse refunds for items that do not meet these standards or show evidence of policy misuse.

 

3.    Returns for Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • To report a defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact cs@satria-us.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos documenting the issue.
  • Our support team will assess your request and provide further instructions.
  • If your claim is validated, SATRIA may, at its discretion, provide a refund.

Please be aware: Items that are damaged because of improper handling, modifications, or misuse by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

 

4.    Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Please note that the original shipping fee will be excluded from your refund.

 

5.    Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are required to securely package all items being returned. Proper packaging ensures that the merchandise is protected from any potential damage during shipment back to SATRIA.
  • SATRIA does not assume responsibility for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit. It is the customer’s obligation to select reliable shipping methods and retain any tracking information.
  • Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable, unless SATRIA has confirmed that an error was made with the original order.
